Job Summary: Support preventive and corrective maintenance of areas, furniture, and equipment by performing tasks related to plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of facilities and equipment 2. Support in various areas such as plumbing and electrical work 3. Ensuring the proper functioning of the unit 1\.\- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned areas, furniture, and equipment within the affiliated unit to maintain their good condition. 2\. Assist with plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and/or facility modifications to meet operational needs of the affiliated unit. 3\.\- Support inspection tasks for facilities to ensure their proper functioning. 4\.\- Maintain work equipment in good condition to preserve and ensure its service life. 5\.\- Perform other duties inherent to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor to contribute to achieving departmental objectives.
