DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a PC&MC Engineer for Substations with at least five years of solid experience in the design, development, and commissioning of protection, control, supervision, and measurement schemes for high-voltage electrical substations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of technical specifications for Protection, Control, and Measurement (PC&MC) equipment, ensuring compliance with national and international standards and specifications. * Development of technical specifications for Electrical Studies, including Power Flow, Short Circuit, Protection Coordination, and Power Quality. * Review of vendor proposals and preparation of technical reports for evaluation of PC&MC equipment, control cables, and electrical studies suppliers. * Design of protection schemes and supervisory control architectures for high-voltage electrical substations in power generation projects. * Review and approval of PC&MC panel engineering provided by suppliers. * Development of substation Real-Time Measurement Unit (UTR) databases for reporting at local and higher levels (CENACE, park SCADA, DCS, and CORE). * Creation of control wiring schedules for interconnection among primary equipment, communication devices, and auxiliary services. * Creation of communication wiring schedules for interconnection between Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) of the supervisory control system and the SCADA system. * Support during factory acceptance testing (FAT) of PC&MC panels. * Management and administration before CENACE of the SAPPSE process for generation plants (UTR registration, protocol profile testing, database registration, point editing and characterization, point addressing, and operational testing with license). * Verification of correct implementation of the TICs Manual for real-time telemetry transmission to CENACE. * Coordination and on-site supervision of contractor personnel during commissioning of PC&MC panels for high-voltage substations. * Verification of compliance of metering schemes for billing according to the Metering Manual for Settlement. * Engineering, implementation, and commissioning—coordinated with CFE—of Remedial Action Schemes requested by CENACE for Generation Plants. * Support to other Eosol Group departments (e.g., PEM, O&M, SSTT) in resolving issues related to protection and supervisory control schemes. * Verification of compliance of PC&MC equipment with the Manual for Interconnection of Power Plants and Load Centers, based on studies issued by CENACE. * Design of Protection, Control, and Measurement systems to meet requirements of the National Grid Code. * Design of protection and supervisory control schemes for CFE substations, in accordance with specifications issued by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). * Execution of tests and commissioning—jointly with CFE personnel—of various protection and control schemes for substations at the interconnection points of generation plants belonging to the national transmission network. * Technical information management before CENACE, including telemetry for control, supervision, fiscal measurement, and compliance tests required for commercial operation commencement. **Software and Tools:** * Test Universe * AcSELerator * DIGSI * Enervista UR * INGESYS eFS * Panel Control TESLA * ION Setup * IED Scout * ASE2000 * ModScan.
