Apply for Shipping Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities: * Scheduling transport units for finished goods shipments according to sales forecasts * Reviewing finished goods cargo manifests * Requesting the Carta Porte supplement from carriers * Checking pallet and transport unit temperatures * Supervising loading for release (presentation, quantity, Go Reader) * Supervising shipping documents (manifest, Carta Porte, invoice) * Supervising sanitation of finished goods transport units for food safety release * Monitoring transport unit location from shipment release until arrival at customer warehouse * Monitoring transport unit temperature throughout the entire journey until customer receipt * Managing customs clearance * Daily finished goods inventory review * Reconciling finished goods receipts with the production department * Personnel management and training We Offer: * Competitive salary * Attendance and punctuality bonus * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Social security * Medical services * Dining area * Positive work environment * Employee transportation from Puebla to the plant OR willingness to relocate Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related field. * 2\-3 years of relevant experience * Proficiency in SAP * Knowledge of inventory management and customs procedures * Experience managing personnel * Flexible working hours availability If interested, please send your CV to Lic.
