OBJECTIVE Oversee and track orders shipped via courier services, ensure delivery confirmation, and generate shipping labels for all orders requiring them. Key Responsibilities: * Generate shipping labels for each order and product labels for orders that require them. * Submit the daily manifest listing orders shipped the previous day. * Prepare the *packing list* for each export order in the SAP system. * Report the status of local and international delivery acknowledgments. * Provide ongoing feedback to the sales department and accounts receivable. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. (Recent graduate) * Availability to work rotating shifts and travel. * Ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to assist with loading and unloading. * Ability to work under pressure. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN: * Billing. * Customer service. * Basic SAP knowledge.
