Job Summary: We are seeking an Agribusiness professional to supervise operations, inventory, logistics, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across multiple branches. Key Highlights: 1. Job Responsibilities * Supervise physical inventory counts of products at branches in Cuapiaxtla, Calpulalpan, Apan, Toluca, Villa Guerrero, Perote, and Cuautla. Progress * Analyze physical vs. accounting inventory. * Monitor product expiration dates to prevent spoilage. * Organize and expedite receipt of products arriving through ports. * Minimize unnecessary handling operations and maintain them at agreed levels. * Identify unnecessary or excessive expenses. * Detect and implement logistics mechanisms that reduce product costs. * Supervise maintenance of equipment in good working condition. * Verify timely payments to carriers, suppliers, lessors, and handlers. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and weight specifications for received and delivered products. * Supervise that customer signatures appear on order tickets in the application, both for products and for loaned equipment. * Supervise hiring levels for temporary staff. * Store units at branches over weekends. * Maintain indefinite custody records for customer-held equipment. * Implement a preventive maintenance program. * Supervise absence of unsafe conditions to prevent injury to personnel and damage to assets. * Promote and supervise compliance with government requirements regarding safety, ecology, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as respond to authority requests (CNA, Semarnat, Sagar, etc). **Requirements** * Professional background aligned with Agribusiness. * Frequent travel required. * Service-oriented mindset. * Knowledge of logistics. * Organizational skills. * Ability to develop assertive communication. * Results-driven approach. **We Offer** All statutory benefits plus 25 days of year-end bonus. **Tools:** Company vehicle Mobile phone Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $30,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
