The Internal Audit Analyst follows up on incidents, validates critical information, and supports departments in implementing corrective actions that directly impact the Cooperative’s efficiency, compliance, and reliability. Their work ensures things happen in a more orderly, secure, and transparent manner. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor departments, operations, and procedures deemed critical to the Cooperative. * Review identified incidents and collaborate on implementing corrective actions. * Develop monthly activity plans and operational follow-up. * Coordinate meetings with department and branch managers to analyze incidents and define solutions. * Provide feedback and guidance to staff on proper execution of procedures and controls. * Verify information and processes related to financial indicators, regulatory reports, and financial statements. * Identify risks, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues and report them promptly. * Participate in root cause analysis and propose improvements to prevent recurrence. * Evaluate evidence and track completion of pending corrective actions. * Prepare reports on progress, resolved incidents, and outstanding issues. **What We Look for in You:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in internal audit, auditing, or finance. **We Offer:** * Bi-weekly salary: $5,500 * Monthly food vouchers. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation time, vacation bonus, and thirteenth-month bonus (45 days). * Life insurance. * Performance bonuses $$ * Christmas bonus $$ * Financial leave. * Payroll loans and advances. * Birthday day off. * Continuous training and growth opportunities. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Want to join our team?** Share your CV with us through this channel
