Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to recover delinquent accounts, conducting home visits, advising members, and implementing strategies for overdue payments at Caja Popular Mexicana. Collaborative and continuously learning work environment **Opportunity at Caja Popular Mexicana:** We seek a candidate for an **in-person** role who will contribute to the success of our institution. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct home visits and support telephone collections for members, co-signers, and obligors regarding overdue payments to the Institution, in accordance with applicable policies for the assigned portfolio. 2\. Generate and deliver notices to members, joint debtors, and/or co-signers, inviting them to settle their loan’s overdue payments. 3\. Advise members, joint debtors, and/or co-signers on available payment alternatives and agreements as options to settle their loan’s overdue payments. 4\. Follow up on commitments and payment agreements reached with members, joint debtors, and/or co-signers. 5\. Implement strategies, campaigns, and recovery plans for the assigned portfolio. 7\.
