Join a team that transforms how freight moves across Mexico. **YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE:** Design and develop visualization solutions that convert large volumes of data into clear, useful, and actionable information, supporting real-time decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:** * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements. * Analyze and transform data into valuable insights. * Manage databases and data models (data warehouse). * Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity. * Train and support end users. * Propose improvements based on BI trends and emerging technologies. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field. **Mandatory Experience:** * **2 years as a Power BI Developer** or in a similar role. * Proven experience designing and implementing BI solutions in enterprise environments. * Experience handling large volumes of data (Big Data). * Proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling). * Knowledge of SQL and database management. * Experience in ETL and data transformation. * Knowledge of **data security.** * **Power BI certification (preferred).** * Strong expertise in **SQL, DAX, and the M language.** * Experience with the **Microsoft Power BI suite** (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View). * Strong focus on **data visualization and dashboard creation.** * Experience integrating Power BI with other tools and services.
