**Community Facilitator** If you are a responsible, enthusiastic, empathetic, assertive, inclusive person, and motivated to promote human development, specifically of diverse families, children, adolescents, and youth in vulnerable situations. **You are the person we are looking for!** **Job Objective:** Promote community participation through training families in positive parenting practices, with the aim of reducing the risk of loss of parental care due to rights violations affecting children and adolescents. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Community strengthening and alliances: o Design and implement community participation strategies that promote integration and empowerment of families. o Generate and consolidate local alliances to strengthen the community support network and improve access to resources and services. o Promote Aldeas Infantiles SOS activities and programs at the local level. 2. Training and accompaniment: o Design, coordinate, and facilitate training workshops for families and communities on topics related to child protection, positive parenting, and safe coexistence. o Identify and provide support to families affected by violence, channeling appropriate assistance. 3. Management of community spaces: o Manage and ensure the responsible, safe, and efficient use of Aldeas Infantiles SOS community facilities. o Foster safe and protective environments for children, adolescents, and other participants in all activities carried out. 4. Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting: o Prepare periodic reports on progress, results, and challenges of community actions. o Respond to information requests promptly, clearly, and professionally. o Consolidate the Child Protection strategy within participating groups, ensuring its implementation and continuous follow-up. 5. Family accompaniment: o Manage family development strategies to support caregiving, encouraging families to remain united. o Coordinate support with community partners to complement family accompaniment processes according to their characteristics. o Systematize family accompaniment processes in accordance with the management approach. **Knowledge:** 1. Human rights approach, with emphasis on the rights of children and adolescents. 2. Principles and practices of sustainable community development. 3. Strategies for child participation and children's empowerment. 4. Sexual and reproductive health from a comprehensive and rights-based perspective. 5. Design, implementation, and evaluation of work plans and community intervention. 6. Popular education methodologies and participatory community work. 7. Women's rights and promotion of their active participation in the community. 8. Gender equity approach and mainstreaming in projects and activities. 9. Intervention with families in contexts of social vulnerability. 10. Direct work with communities for strengthening social fabric. 11. Identification, design, and accompaniment of community productive projects. **Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Childcare, Social Work, Social Anthropology, Sociology, Pedagogy, or related field.
