Administration of production systems and human resources Tehuacán, Puebla **Job ID** 134166 **Job Category** Operations **Job Level** Supervisor **Position Type** Full\-Time **Job Description:** * Optimize resources and reduce operational costs within the plant by proposing improvements and strategic changes that drive cost savings in internal processes and waste reduction through **productivity projects.** * Lead and coordinate **TPM** efforts to maximize operational efficiency and equipment effectiveness by systematically eliminating losses in production processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through plant\-wide **TPM** implementation. * Calculate, analyze, and consolidate **key performance indicators (KPIs)** for manufacturing and maintenance areas. * Manage **production administrative activities**, including human resource administration, effective and efficient use of assets, raw materials, and supplies, with a focus on ensuring safety, quality, product availability, and cost control. * Ensure operation and information management of production processes in **administration systems** (SAP, MICROSTRATEGY, PRODUCTION TRACKER, EDIWIN, EDICOM) for the Manufacturing area (INJECTION, BLOW MOLDING, PRODUCTION LINES, AND BLENDING). **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Process Control, or related fields. * Experience in the Beverage Industry. * Intermediate\-Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge: Advanced Excel, BI tools, Minitab, Parsable, Tableau, manufacturing processes, inventory management, KPI management, Lean tools (Kaizen, SMED, etc.), Quality Standards (HACCP, BPM, AIB, FSSC22000\), SAP Production module, Finance, 5S, TPM, Statistical Process Control. * Skills: Strong analytical ability, leadership, results\-orientation, decision\-making, effective communication, people management, proactivity, analytical thinking, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. **Company Description:** Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed, and partner brands that satisfy a wide variety of consumer needs and occasions.
