Location: Cuapiaxtla de Madero, Puebla. **Agribeans is hiring a Cost Engineer** **Job Objective** Ensure accurate determination, analysis, and control of production costs at the packing plant—from raw material receipt through to finished product. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct production costing analysis. * Prepare standard and actual costing by process. * Analyze variances between standard and actual costs. * Determine raw material costs. * Determine labor costs. * Analyze machinery and production costs. * Prepare cost reports and analyses for decision-making. * Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting. * Generate periodic variance reports. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports. * Support investment decisions regarding machinery or process changes. **Job Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related degree. * Experience: 3\-5 years of prior costing experience. * Experience: Advanced Excel and ERP systems. * Skills: Knowledge of production costing, cost analysis, and analytical thinking. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one * Medical services * Positive work environment * Employee transportation from Puebla to the plant Location: San Martín Caltenco Highway Km. 1\.5, Cuapiaxtla de Madero Interested candidates should send their CV to recruitment@agribeans.com Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
