Career development plan within the company **Position Objective** Deliver and pick up envelopes, packages, and items assigned to your route by following established operational cycle procedures, thereby ensuring the contracted service meets the quality and security guarantees agreed upon with the customer. **Job Functions or Activities** Record envelopes and packages leaving the Operations Center in the system. Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart on route. Inspect packages pending delivery from the previous day. Perform pickups at retail outlets (PDVs) or with customers. Inform security guards of COP access and exit points. Separate shipments with guaranteed service.
