Job Summary: Responsible for generating and documenting shipping guides, monitoring package status, and reporting monthly metrics to ensure full shipment tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generation and documentation of shipping guides 2. Monitoring and analysis of shipment tracking 3. Preparation of monthly reports and presentations Generate and document shipping guides via "command and internal tracking" to enable necessary tracking from request initiation through final delivery. 1\. Generate shipping guides by entering sender and recipient data into "SCI" (Interactive Command System) to expedite package pickup. 2\. Report special cases by communicating with the account executive or account advisor. 3\. Monitor shipments generated in the tracking system to verify package status and location. 4\. Analyze customer shipment tracking data. 5\. Report updates to relevant data. 6\.
