Position Summary: We are seeking personnel for the field collections department, focused on negotiating with clients and following up on payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. INDEPENDENCIA FINANCIAL IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Field collections * Client negotiation * Generating and following up on payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school education (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovering accounts with early or charged-off delinquency (preferred but not mandatory). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000.
