Daily Activities · Deliver onboarding and training courses to newly hired staff. · Deliver training or development courses to current employees. · Conduct supervised practical sessions at service stations. · Administer theoretical and practical assessments. · Provide feedback to trainees and their supervisors. 2\. Periodic Activities (Weekly/Monthly) · Design and update training materials. · Schedule training agendas. · Coordinate with Station Managers to plan training sessions. · Deliver refresher courses to active staff (safety, customer service, regulatory compliance). · Report training outcomes to Human Capital. · Prepare activity reports. · Identify training needs at service stations. 3\.
