Distribute clean uniforms to staff according to company specifications. Send damaged uniforms to the appropriate location (e.g., tailor, Housekeeping Department, external vendor) for repair. Document guest laundry or dry cleaning requests, minor repairs, and garment pressing per company specifications. Log the distribution, return, and laundering of assigned and unassigned uniforms. Inspect uniforms for damage, remove substandard uniforms from circulation, and provide replacements. Comply with all company safety and operational policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure personal appearance and uniform are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen to and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees.
