Job Summary: This position is responsible for executing, verifying, and analyzing route reconciliations, as well as auditing fuel performance to ensure item traceability and prevent losses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route verification and reconciliation to ensure item accuracy. 2. Fuel performance analysis to optimize logistics. 3. Item management on the platform to ensure flow and traceability. Logistics and Operations City: CHIAPAS Publication Date: Mar 31, 2026 Schedule: 4:00 PM \- 12:00 AM Description: . Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1\. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical inbound/outbound item counts—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies, to prevent item theft. . Obtain information regarding items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 reconciliations\. Identify each manifest with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of the affected item, to guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. . Issue records for all items remaining on the platform\. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments scheduled for route dispatch via the platform, to physically identify items on the platform and confirm that every item has a pending record logged therein. . Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes\. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel refueling (both high and low performance), providing data to supervisors to prevent fuel misuse and theft. . Report TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes to the supervisor\. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits, enabling the supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with operators/routes experiencing incidents to avoid recurrence.
