We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** Ensure functionality and perform maintenance of loan portfolio system parameters (e.g., interest rates, repayment methods, calculators, etc.) so that customer collections (loan portfolio) comply with contractual terms; monitor implementation of preventive controls and trigger mitigation and corrective actions arising from operational failures to ensure proper functioning of banking loan portfolio processes. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Generating and tracking IT maintenance requests, conducting system testing, and following up until implementation. * Participating in functional and product testing for the loan portfolio. * Maintaining Apolo catalogs (e.g., interest rates, exchange rates, repayment methods, etc.). * Establishing controls to identify operational failures, promoting their correction, and coordinating with management teams on actions to mitigate impacts on customers. * Consolidating performance reports and reports on significant operational events under the Directorate’s responsibility. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Certified Public Accountant, Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields (degree holder). * Years of experience: 2 years. * Areas of experience: Document review, Internal Control, Human Resources Management, Accounting. * Required knowledge: Proficiency in Apolo, Altamira, SAPSOA, and APCA systems. * Languages: Spanish; English desirable. * Willingness to travel: Occasionally. * Willingness to relocate: **No.** At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
