Job Objective: Ensure proper commercial execution in self-service stores through supervision of promoters, adherence to the work plan, order generation, and control of key performance indicators, guaranteeing product availability, implementation of the “Success Photo” (store layout, cleanliness, product facing, temperature control, and price/promotion communication), and achievement of sales targets. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure routes carry 100% of the base load requested by stores the day before. * Execute and monitor the weekly visit plan according to the Commercial Operational Discipline (COD). * Review physical inventories and on-site stock levels to accurately generate orders. * Guarantee implementation of the “Success Photo” (shelf space allocation, cleanliness, product facing, temperature control, and price/promotion communication). * Supervise and ensure compliance with return policies and agreements with retail chains. * Coordinate and manage the promoter team according to the defined structure, tracking store-level sales targets. * Implement and coordinate tasting programs in alignment with the branch manager’s strategy. * Monitor key performance indicators using the commercial information system (e.g., efficiency, effectiveness, control dashboard, walked load, among others). Requirements: * Minimum Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising promoters or selling in self-service retail environments. * Knowledge of inventory management, ordering processes, commercial KPIs, and point-of-sale execution.
