Experience: Minimum of 5 years. On-site work arrangement **Responsibilities**: **Team Management**: * Carry out all activities related to recruitment, selection, interviewing, and hiring of personnel required by the organization’s various departments. * Facilitate communication and workflow among teams to ensure effective integration. * Plan, organize, and execute team integration events. * Monitor staff attendance and carry out required processes to generate payroll and subsequent payment. **Development and Training**: * Identify training needs and develop training programs for members of each team. * Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Identify needs and action plans to build a sense of belonging among all organizational members and accurately communicate corporate culture. **Performance Evaluation**: * Establish performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of each team and make adjustments as needed. * Generate periodic reports on progress and initiatives undertaken by each team. **Project Implementation and Continuous Improvement**: * Implement strategies to enhance the work environment across all organizational areas, maintaining highly motivated and engaged employees. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Propose and implement improvements to processes and tools used by teams. In all activities, compliance with the POs and PNOs established in the QMS—both for ISO certification and for compliance with SSA NOM-241—is mandatory.
