The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and delivery schedule standards within a highly demanding technical environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Management:** Lead the full lifecycle of substation rehabilitation and commissioning. * **Technical Supervision:** Coordinate work on overhead lines and operations at **115 KV**. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all installations and processes comply with CFE’s technical and safety specifications. * **Construction Oversight:** Supervise the refurbishment of existing infrastructure and installation of new equipment. * **Resource Management:** Manage on-site operational personnel, subcontractors, and materials. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **6 years** of leadership experience in substation and transmission line projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proven experience working with **115 KV** systems and current CFE regulations. * **Skills:** Budget management, construction scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * **Availability:** Willingness to work in Palenque, Chiapas. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a long-term strategic project (over 12 months). * Attractive package of **compensation and additional benefits** (to be agreed upon based on profile). * Professional stability in a highly specialized technical environment.
