Empathy with patients and team Clinic Manager --- *Job Objective* Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of the fertility clinic, ensuring a high-level patient care experience, effective execution of operational and administrative processes, and seamless communication among all clinic departments (sales, reception, physicians, vendors, administration). --- *Main Responsibilities* 1. Ensure excellence in patient care delivered by the sales, service, and reception teams. 2. Establish, optimize, and document workflows among sales, physicians, reception, vendors, and patients. 3. Serve as operational backup for sales or reception as needed. 4. Supervise proper use of digital tools: CRM, Doctocliq, scheduling system, WhatsApp, email, and reporting. 5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of clinic operations, daily activities, and services offered. 6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales, clinical operations, and patient care. 7. Ensure consistent and clear communication among all parties involved in the patient journey. 8. Train and onboard new team members on internal protocols and tool usage. 9. Coordinate with Medical Management on updates to clinical and regulatory processes. 10. Manage internal conflicts or those involving patients, and lead operational solutions. 11.
