Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and furniture, ensuring compliance with standards and efficient resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Define strategies to meet customer standards. 2. Coordinate routine testing of furniture, signage, and equipment. 3. Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Responsibilities: * Define strategies to meet the specific standards established by the customer. * Maintain the availability of furniture and equipment in a timely and proactive manner to ensure optimal operation of the CFRS\-P infrastructure. * Coordinate various routine tests for: furniture, signage, environmental setup, industrial equipment, and transportation equipment, with the SUPPLIER, PyRS, and the technical department under supervision. * Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs. * Ensure all activities are completed within the agreed timeframe. * Manage tools, spare parts, and personal protective equipment required for operations. * Train personnel under supervision. * Coordinate with supervisors on various activities and maintenance tasks to be performed. * Verify implementation of preventive and corrective procedures to maintain physical infrastructure in optimal condition. * Report on annual maintenance plans and programs, and submit corresponding reports on the condition of furniture, signage, environmental setup, industrial equipment, and transportation equipment. * Schedule shift rosters and working hours for personnel under supervision. **Position Profile:** Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
