Data diagnostics and application triage **Join our team!** We are looking for your talent as a "Software Support Coordinator" with expertise in operating systems (networks, databases, programming languages) and leadership. **COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEER, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, OR RELATED FIELD.** Responsibilities: **\- Team Supervision:** Manage, train, and monitor the performance of support analysts. \- **SLA Management:** Ensure Response and Resolution Times comply with established Service Level Agreements. \- **Reporting:** Generate monthly performance metrics (KPIs), reports on recurring incidents, and root cause analyses. **\- Data Diagnostics (SQL/NoSQL):** Execute diagnostic and data validation queries in SQL Server and review collections/documents in MongoDB to rule out data integrity errors. **\-\*** Application Triage:\* Determine whether an incident originates from the Frontend (Angular), Backend/API (C\# ASP.NET, Python), or Mobile Application (Kotlin). \- **Logs and Monitoring:** Perform basic interpretation of server logs and application errors to provide detailed reports to the development team (DevOps/Devs).
