Licensed Architect, minimum 5 years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Revit, D5 Render or similar, Illustrator, Microsoft Office suite or similar; drone operation experience is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of architectural drawings and executive project documentation for high-rise residential buildings * Design of drawings using Revit and support in AutoCAD * Development of 3D Revit project modeling * Preparation of descriptive reports * Creation of realistic renderings * Creation of virtual walkthroughs * Preparation and as-built surveying of drawings * Preparation and tracking of project control folders * Preparation of finish drawings Employment type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
