Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Procurement Manager to manage all casino procurement activities, with priority given to food and beverages, identifying the best suppliers and ensuring continuous supply. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement management for casino 2. Supplier search and negotiation 3. Inventory control and supply of consumables ***EXPANSION OPPORTUNITY!!*** We are looking for a Procurement Manager. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for executing all casino procurement activities, prioritizing food and beverages. Identify optimal suppliers, procure goods, and supply necessary consumables to departments requiring them. * Food and Beverage (F&B) procurement based on perpetual inventory (daily physical count of available stock), standard menu/recipe, and sales forecast. * Receiving goods while maintaining physical control over product attributes (quantity, quality, price, temperature, weight, and expiration date). * Issuing purchase orders in the Wansoft system using prior requisitions to formalize transactions electronically. * Collecting supplier invoices or delivery notes to register them in the Wansoft system, thereby keeping electronic inventories up to date. * Compiling a monthly folder containing daily requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery notes or invoices to track daily supplier-related transactions. * Preparing quotations for general casino procurement, selecting the best supplier in terms of quality and cost, thereby enhancing company reliability and profitability. ***Skills*** * Organized * Proactive * Excel proficiency (basic\-intermediate) * PC and smartphone operation * Self-motivation and frustration tolerance * Enjoyment of interpersonal interaction * Supplier knowledge * Analytical mindset for interpreting figures and other data * Numerical skills * Time management and planning skills * Negotiation ability * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork orientation ***Requirements*** * Age: 20 to 40 years * Education: Completed high school or equivalent * Experience: 1 year or 6 months in warehouse operations * Gender: Unrestricted * Computer software: Word, Excel * Experience in the casino industry (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Cafeteria service
