DESCRIPTION Grupo Bafar is seeking a STORE PROMOTER with one year of experience to join our team. As a Store Promoter, you will be responsible for effectively representing our brand within the point of sale, ensuring proper product display, inventory availability, and active promotion of our offers. Your work will be essential in driving sales and maintaining a strong and attractive brand image. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Display and Merchandising:** Ensure our products are placed on shelves in an orderly, clean, and attractive manner, following the company's established merchandising guidelines. This includes proper product rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out) and the application of advertising and promotional materials. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels at the point of sale, reporting any shortages or overages, and collaborating with store staff to ensure consistent availability of our products. * **Promotion and Sales:** Inform customers about the features, benefits, and promotions of our products, actively seeking opportunities to increase sales and meet established targets. * **Customer Relationship:** Provide high-quality customer service, answering questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience that fosters brand loyalty. * **Reporting and Follow-up:** Complete daily or weekly activity reports, including sales, inventory, and competitor activities, as required by your supervisor. * **Policy Compliance:** Adhere to all Grupo Bafar policies and procedures, as well as those of the retail establishments where operations take place. * **Personal Appearance:** Maintain a professional and neat appearance in accordance with company standards. **What We Are Looking For:** We are looking for a proactive, dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer and results orientation.
