




Job Summary: Provide technical support to users, ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems, and assist in information management through ERP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support to internal users and equipment maintenance. 2. Assistance in the administration and operation of Microsip ERP. 3. Creation of Excel pivot tables for executive analysis. Job Objective: Provide technical support to internal users, ensure the correct operation of the company's equipment and systems, and assist in information administration and generation via ERP and related tools so that management can perform analysis. Functions and Responsibilities: * Address system incidents * Install and configure computers and printers * Configure user accounts, email accounts, and system access. * Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Provide remote and on-site support to users. Systems Support * Assist in the administration and operation of Microsip ERP. * Resolve incidents related to system modules. * Assist in basic configurations and data validation. * Coordinate with external vendors for specialized support. Excel Pivot Table Generation * Create Excel pivot tables for management analysis. * Validate data entered into the systems. Basic Infrastructure * Assist in basic network and internet monitoring. * Verify data backups. Assist in software license control. Job Requirements: **Education:** * Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic technical support (Windows, Office, basic networking). * Proficiency with Microsip ERP. * Excel * Basic database knowledge (preferred). **Experience:** * 1–2 years in technical support or systems-related roles. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
