Descripción larga We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to support, optimize, and maintain mission‑critical Microsoft SQL Server environments. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance across large‑scale databases that support operational, analytical, and industrial/OT systems including Ignition Dataloggers. Key Responsibilities Database Administration \& Operations * Manage and support large‑scale production SQL Server environments with a focus on uptime, stability, and operational excellence. * Perform installation, configuration, and administration of SQL Server instances. * Develop and maintain views, stored procedures, functions, and database scripts. * Execute maintenance operations: index/statistics maintenance, integrity checks, agent jobs, capacity planning, health checks, and patch coordination. Qualifications * 5\+ years of SQL Server DBA experience. * Expertise in SQL Server internals, HA/DR, and performance tuning. * Strong T‑SQL scripting. * Familiarity with monitoring tools and server administration. * Experience supporting industrial/OT environments beneficial. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Azure SQL or cloud DBs. * PowerShell automation. * Experience with SSIS/SSRS. * Knowledge of advanced SQL Server features: in‑memory OLTP, partitioning, columnstore.
