We are seeking a Collections Agent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities: In-person collections, client negotiation, in-person verification, generation and follow-up of payment commitments, management of overdue portfolios.

* Completed high school diploma (preferred).
* Own motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory).
* Experience in recovering accounts with early or charged-off delinquency (preferred)
* Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented.
* Minimum monthly salary expectation of $20,000 MXN
:
* Base salary ($9,451 MXN per month, paid biweekly)
* Monthly training bonus of $1,000.00 MXN (for 2 months).
* Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview).
* Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00 MXN)
* IMSS (100% contribution from day one).
