We are currently seeking an ***"Implementation and Processes Project Manager"*** **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and monitor new business implementation projects, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope and quality, and that resulting processes are properly defined, documented, and operationalized for scaling. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide end-to-end monitoring of new business implementation projects or strategic initiatives. * Develop project plans (scope, schedule, responsible parties, risks, deliverables). * Coordinate across various involved departments (operations, sales, IT, finance, external vendors, etc.). * Document operational processes derived from implementations (AS IS / TO BE). * Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization. * Ensure implemented processes are clear, replicable, and measurable. * Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and risks. * Facilitate progress and follow-up meetings with stakeholders. * Support project-to-operations transition (handover). * Assist in defining basic process performance indicators (KPIs). * Document learnings and lessons learned from each implementation. **Desired Education** * Bachelor’s degree in: Industrial Engineering / Systems Engineering / Information Technologies / Business Administration / Business Management Engineering / Economics or related fields **\*\*Desirable:** * Graduate degree or diploma in Project Management, Process Management, or Continuous Improvement. * Desired certifications (not mandatory but highly valued): * Scrum Fundamentals / Scrum Master; PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM; ITIL (basic or intermediate level) * Process-related certifications: BPM (Business Process Management); Lean / Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) **Required Experience** ***2 to 4 years of experience in:*** * Project management and monitoring. * Implementation of new processes, products, or services. * Experience working with: * Launch, pilot, or implementation projects. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable experience in:** * Service companies, fintech, retail, technology firms, or startups. * Projects involving external vendors or technological platforms. **Technical Knowledge** * Project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile). * Process mapping and documentation (flowcharts, BPMN, SIPOC). * Schedule development and task tracking. **Tool Proficiency such as:** * Excel / Google Sheets * PowerPoint / Google Slides * Project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello or similar). *Located two blocks from Alameda, downtown Monterrey* **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; only two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.** **We offer:** * Christmas bonus * Profit sharing * Vacation premium * IMSS, INFONAVIT * Annual bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: $28,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
