At Banco Azteca, we are seeking a Collection Manager with debt collection skills and motorcycle driving experience to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting home visits to delinquent customers and managing the collection of an assigned portfolio. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in debt collection and collection management. * Ability to manage a portfolio of delinquent customers. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Updated RFC (Taxpayer Registry Code). Additionally, we seek someone available to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for conducting home visits to delinquent customers with the objective of effectively managing collections. You will establish positive contact with customers, negotiate payment agreements, and maintain consistent communication to ensure payments are made within established deadlines. To succeed in this position, strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential, as well as being responsible and organized. Furthermore, you must be capable of handling difficult situations respectfully and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
