The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring standard store operations, with a focus on customer service and achieving sales and expense budgets. This role involves driving sales growth through proper product display, preparation, and stocking, while always adhering to authorized processes. ### **Position Objective** The primary objective of the CMT Manager is to ensure the store operates efficiently, leading the team toward achieving established sales goals and guaranteeing the highest quality customer service experience. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * **Achieve Sales Targets:** * Supervise and ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met by implementing effective strategies that promote business growth. * **Oversee Customer Prospecting and Visit Plans:** * Implement and supervise a prospecting plan to increase visits from potential customers, ensuring higher transaction volumes at the store. * **Store Operations:** * Supervise store operations according to assigned employee tasks, ensuring all processes are effectively followed. * **Increase Transactions:** * Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume through promotions, strategic product displays, and personalized customer service. * **Management of Tools and Equipment:** * Ensure the proper use and functionality of all tools and equipment assigned to the store, maximizing their efficiency and availability. * **Inventory and Seizure Control:** * Maintain strict control over inventory and manage seized products, ensuring the proper functioning of the product control system. * **Store Security:** * Implement measures to ensure store security, including proper operation of alarm systems and security protocols. * **Lead Weekly Meetings:** * Conduct weekly team meetings, providing updates on store status, results, achieved objectives, and areas for improvement. * **Staff Training:** * Ensure proper training for new employees, conveying Grupo Bafar's values and culture, as well as necessary policies and procedures. ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar roles, preferably in the retail sector. * **Education:** University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields. * **Skills:** Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent sales and customer service abilities. * Aptitude for inventory management and product control. ### **Desired Competencies** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Analytical thinking and decision-making ability. * Assertive communication and interpersonal skills. * Adaptability and problem-solving capability. ### **We Offer** * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary package and benefits exceeding legal requirements.
