




Head of Conditioning Center Are you a leader focused on managing cattle procurement at conditioning centers and ensuring quality, health, and pricing standards to maximize profitability? Do you understand the volume of lean cattle procurement and livestock movement regulations? This position is for field-based leaders who make decisions, master processes, and coordinate people, costs, and results. **Key Responsibilities** Ensure compliance with the lean cattle procurement volume targets at the conditioning centers under your responsibility, adhering to the Company’s defined quality standards (Quality, Health, Price) to increase profitability. * Lead livestock conditioning and movement operations, with emphasis on animal welfare and duration of stay. * Manage **inventory** and control supplies (inventory systems) for feeding, health, and biosecurity. * Manage **budget**, control costs, and oversee area expenditures. * Lead and develop a team (multiple supervisors and operators) and coordinate field and center operations. * Proficiency in Excel and management tools (and SAP or other relevant systems). * Coordinate with operational departments and address audit and certification requirements. **Profile We Are Seeking** * Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related fields. * Experience in **animal health and welfare**. * Solid knowledge of **nutrition** and feed handling/preservation. * Knowledge of **livestock regulations** and **livestock movement** (regulatory accreditation preferred). * Experience leading operational teams (10+ people). * Strategic **leadership**. * Standard vehicle operation. * Willingness to travel and flexibility in schedule (field and office work). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Negotiation skills and conflict management ability.
