**Company Description:** At AMEDIRH, we match talent with our partners’ needs based on individuals’ knowledge, experience, and competencies—enhancing the value of our partners’ corporate culture through behaviors and attitudes that distinguish them in the labor market. **Job Responsibilities:** An AMEDIRH partner company is seeking a “BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT” REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education. * 1 year of experience and basic knowledge of 110V and 220V electricity; basic plumbing knowledge (water leaks and drainage); basic masonry knowledge (preparing mortar, patching); replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and lamps; patching and painting various surfaces; cleaning air conditioning filters; unclogging sinks and toilets; replacing door locks. * Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds following established safety procedures; must have a personal vehicle to transport tools provided by the company; mileage reimbursement is provided from the base branch to other branches. * Note: Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday and half-day Saturday; fixed day off on Sunday.
