**Job Description** 1.0 GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the warehouse and set up areas, ensuring their efficient operation through updating parameters in the location and transaction systems. Additionally, responsible for carrying out continuous improvement activities, delivering training, and providing support across various aspects of the area. 2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS: * Update location and transaction parameters in the system. * Coordinate inventory movement in the Set up Tienditas. * Develop work instructions, visual aids, and provide training. * Classify employees and update users in ProTrack and AS400. * Resolve issues in the ProTrack system. * Analyze transactions and generate reports in AS400, SDI system, and set up scanning system. * Generate ideas for continuous improvement (Kaizen), process optimization, and resource efficiency. * Participate in continuous improvement projects within the warehouse/Set up area. * Support the creation and updating of procedures in ETQ Reliance. * Create locations in the system and label locations during implementation of new external warehouses. * Utilize MKOS and Lean Manufacturing tools to solve problems and promote continuous improvement. 3.0 PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: 3.1 Experience / Technical Knowledge. o Bilingual B1 – minimum 60% (reading and writing) o Proficiency in Minitab, AutoCAD, AS400, M-Power, Macros, Adobe, Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at basic/intermediate level o Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in warehouse areas. o Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/MKOS tools o Knowledge of methods, time, and motion studies. o Ability and knowledge to understand and execute transactions in AS400 o Execution of projects using Kaizen and PDCA techniques. 3.2 Competencies / Soft Skills o High sense of urgency o Responsible o Results-oriented o Ability to work on multiple projects. o Effective communication skills o Flexible availability o Problem-solving ability 3.3 Academic Background o Completed, incomplete, or ongoing degree (preferred), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics o Yellow Belt (Preferred) Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
