Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer to manage customer quality support, rejection follow-up, and non-conformance, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and quality system knowledge. Work with IATF 16949, VDA 6.x, and customer-specific requirements. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments. **We’re Hiring: Quality Engineer** Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua * Experience with customer quality support, rejection follow\-up, or non\-conformance management. * Exposure to automotive manufacturing processes (preferred). * **Skills \& Knowledge:** * Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6\.x, and customer\-specific requirements. * Proficiency in problem\-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3\). * Strong cross\-functional coordination and follow\-up skills. * Clear and professional customer communication. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic to intermediate English (reading, writing, and communication). * Valid U.S. visa and legal travel documentation. * Willingness to reside in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. * **Desirable:** * Experience in customer service, plant inspections, or rejection follow\-up. * Exposure to leather, trimming, or upholstery processes in the automotive industry.
