Process Engineer **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related field * Advanced English * **4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing** and **leading engineering teams**. * Strong focus on **process engineering**. * Knowledge of **statistics and Statistical Process Control** * Experience in the **automotive industry** (preferred). * Ability to work with product acceptance criteria based on visual evaluation, not solely on numerical specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze results of finished products * Collaborate with Customer Service to introduce and evaluate new products. * Conduct process capability studies and statistical analyses. * Execute process tests and generate machine configurations. * Review held products and define actions prior to their release. * Identify quality issues in processes, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. * Develop and update operational procedures in coordination with Document Control. * Continuously monitor and improve process capability and productivity. * Design machinery modifications and coordinate repairs with Maintenance. * Maintain control of product levels and conduct process experiments when necessary. * Work jointly with Quality to define raw material acceptance criteria. * Interact with customers and suppliers for product development or improvement. * Address customer technical requirements, including visits to their facilities when required. * Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and procedures. * Perform other activities related to the position.
