




* Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology or related field. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management or Academic Leadership desirable. • Work experience: Minimum of 5 years in coordination or academic management roles within educational institutions offering preschool, elementary and secondary levels. • Technical knowledge: o Current educational regulations (SEP, SEE, RVOE). o Curricular planning, formative assessment and school management. o Active teaching methodologies and digital tools for teacher support. o Accreditation processes and school record keeping. • Institutional competencies: o Leadership and decision-making skills. o Analytical and problem-solving ability. o Assertive communication and teamwork. o Strategic planning and follow-up. o Professional ethics, empathy and educational vocation. • Experience in strategic school planning (vision, mission, objectives, indicators, budget). • Experience in admission processes, student retention, and parent engagement. • Basic financial indicator management: budgets, fees, scholarships, income and expenses. • Ability to implement continuous improvement programs and teacher performance evaluations. • Advanced or bilingual English (C1 level or higher). • Experience in institutional accreditations or certifications (e.g., schools affiliated with UNPF, Cambridge, IB, etc.). • Training in inclusive education, neuroeducation or educational leadership. • Knowledge of educational marketing and institutional positioning.
