




**General Description:** The Head Waiter is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the restaurant's service staff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role includes organizing the waitstaff team, overseeing dining room service, and guaranteeing that all operations are carried out efficiently and professionally. **Main Responsibilities:** **Supervision and Coordination:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the waitstaff team, assigning sections and tasks according to the restaurant’s needs. * Ensure service personnel comply with the restaurant's established quality and service standards. * Resolve any issues arising during service quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Training and Development:** * Train and develop waitstaff in service techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service standards. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to achieve goals and exceed expectations. **Operations Management:** * Manage inventory of service supplies and coordinate orders with the relevant department. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in a high-quality restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. * **Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of service techniques, wines and beverages, and restaurant safety and hygiene regulations. * **Skills:** Customer-oriented, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
