We seek a committed and proactive leader who will drive efficiency in our processes and the development of our supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate and execute activities required to meet quality standards throughout the entire production process. Supervise product quality during the packaging process and ensure compliance with specifications. Track control of reference samples and quality records. Ensure accurate recording, maintenance, and updating of quality logs and controls. Collaborate with the food safety department to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related food safety programs. **Requirements:** Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biofood Process Engineering, or related degree. (Degree holder) Knowledge of product quality specifications and standards Knowledge of food safety and food security Food safety, sanitation, and occupational safety standards Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and statistical process control Familiarity with PrimusGFS audits and organic certification Proficiency in analytical and control tools (Excel, reporting, and quality statistics) Leadership ability and capacity to organize operational activities **We Offer:** Opportunity to lead a strategic area within the company.
