Ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities. Coordinate and manage the maintenance team. Implement improvements in maintenance processes. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Budget and vendor management skills. Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
