Salary: $14,300 MXN (biweekly pay of $7,150 pesos + Tips) Key Responsibilities * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and motivate the team of *bartenders* and bar assistants. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor liquor, mezcal, and other supplies inventory levels; place orders and maintain bar organization. * **Service and Quality:** Ensure proper preparation and presentation of all beverages, maintaining cleanliness and order at the bar. * **Operational Control:** Handle cash register and shift closing procedures, report sales, and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints.
