Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files. * Maintain communication via email and phone calls. * Report progress periodically. * Keep database updated. * Expense verification. **What you need** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate Excel (for inventory management), Word, Outlook * 2 years of job-related experience * Experience in collections and billing **Skills and Competencies:** Customer service, analytical, proactive, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure.
