CUSTOMER SERVICE \& FIELD OPERATIONS SUPPORT * Coordinate home deliveries with customers, transport partners, and factory personnel, including collecting required information, confirming delivery details, and following up on payment schedules. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with delivered homes by gathering details from the customer, documenting symptoms clearly, and coordinating with factory technicians to identify solutions. * Support the full lifecycle of warranty repairs: locating and contacting U.S.\-based service providers, preparing and sending required materials from the factory, giving clear written instructions to service providers, and ensuring work is completed to customer satisfaction. * Maintain organized records for each case, including notes, photos, instructions, and status updates in the CRM and internal systems. * Monitor open cases and proactively follow up with customers, technicians, and service providers to keep all tasks moving and ensure timely resolution. * Prepare and organize documentation related to deliveries, service cases, payments, and customer accounts.
