We are seeking an experienced administrative manager to supervise daily support operations, plan administrative procedures, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The goal is to ensure support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the strategic administrative planning of financial and human resources according to policies, budgets, and procedures established by the management team and General Management. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, graduated. * Minimum demonstrable experience of 3 years as an administrative manager. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in Contpaq, DISPRO. * Experience in cost management. * Experience in expense control. * Experience in budget preparation and tracking. * Experience in financial analysis. * Experience in preparing and interpreting income statements. * Collection follow-up reporting. * Reporting of delinquent clients. * Cash flow reports. * Reports for project analysis or commercial partnerships. * Operational Department budgeting. * Process and packaging performance reporting. * Leadership and personnel management. * Experience with perishable products. * Flexible availability. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
