




We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who can operate independently, maintain administrative discipline within the department, and serve as direct support to HR Management. This role is key to ensuring that processes are executed consistently, orderly, and aligned with organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise Recruitment and Selection processes. * Ensure proper personnel administration: incidents, movements, records, and policy compliance. * Support Management in implementing departmental strategies and projects. * Supervise training, onboarding, and development programs. * Manage workplace climate, incident reporting, and case follow-up. * Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management. **Profile Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in administrative fields, Psychology, or related area. * Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in coordination roles. * Ability to work under management guidelines. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), administrative processes, and document control. * Leadership, organization, effective communication, and decision-making skills. * Capacity for management and strict follow-up.
