Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk check-in/check-out. * Completed high school education. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Responsibilities: Welcome, assist, and attend to guests’ needs during their stay, ensuring a positive experience. Register guests upon arrival and departure, verify their identity, issue keys or access cards, and manage billing and payment processes. Process and manage new reservations, modifications, and cancellations via various channels such as phone or email, and verify room availability. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages. Serve as a liaison between hotel departments and guests. Review platform updates with agencies. Maintain an orderly and secure front desk area, and handle storage of valuables in safety deposit boxes when necessary. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM We Offer: * Mixed salary of $14,000 gross * Statutory benefits. * WEEKLY PAYMENT Work Location: Carr.
