Job Description and Responsibilities **Job Description:** Support the accurate management and control of the company’s import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tax requirements, and the IMMEX Program, as well as proper inventory and related documentation control. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing and reviewing import and export documents. * Track shipments with customs brokers and carriers. * Enter data into the internal system. * Compile and archive foreign trade files. * Support IMMEX inventory control (recording of entries and exits). * Coordinate with the warehouse for goods receipt and dispatch. * Assist in generating basic reports requested by the department. * Ensure the department’s legal compliance. Experience and Requirements **Education:** * Degree in International Trade / International Business or related field; interns from the same field are welcome. **Experience:** * Basic experience in import and export is preferred. **Knowledge:** * Basic Excel proficiency. * General knowledge of IMMEX (preferred). **Skills:** * Organization. * Responsibility. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail.
