**Join our team as: ECV Operations Supervisor** **And become part of a world-class cruise operation!** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily cruise ship arrivals and departures. * Schedule and oversee the operation of services contracted by each cruise ship. * Control and track supporting documentation for each operation. * Manage the operational system for arrivals and services. * Coordinate and manage unionized operational staff. * Control access to port facilities using access cards and credentials. * Execute and manage the operational cost and expense budget. * Prepare statistical reports for internal departments and port authorities. * Coordinate with Engineering, Safety, Hygiene, and Port Security departments to ensure smooth operations. * Assist tour operators, transporters, and shipping agents during arrivals. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Industrial, Naval, Logistics Engineering or related field. * Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar position. * English proficiency: 80%. * High availability, including weekends and holidays. **Knowledge:** * Operational and port-related processes. * Administration and execution of operational budgets. * Proficiency in Office 365 (Advanced Excel). **Skills:** * Leadership. * Organization. * Empathy. * Teamwork. * Customer service. * Initiative. * Collaboration. * Verbal fluency. * Oral and written communication.
